There is often wisdom beneath the chaos.
A quiet place to land
You do not need to explain everything perfectly, hold it all together, or make your struggle sound neat before you reach out.
You are not broken. You are not failing. Your symptoms, patterns and emotions may be asking to be understood differently.

Your therapist
I am a PACFA registered psychotherapist and counsellor with over 18 years of experience supporting people through emotional overwhelm, life transitions, trauma, grief, identity shifts, nervous system dysregulation and complex mental health experiences.
My work is deeply relational, trauma-informed and influenced by Processwork psychotherapy. I support people to slow down, feel seen, and begin listening differently to the emotions, patterns and symptoms that may be asking for attention.

Getting started
01
Send a short message or book a free 15-minute introduction call. You do not need to explain everything perfectly — just enough to begin.
02
We meet briefly to see if this feels like the right support for you. You can ask questions, share what is happening and get a sense of whether the fit feels right.
03
If it feels right, we book an initial session. From there, support moves at a pace that feels safe, useful and realistic for you.
